The cabin is adjacent to Mohican State Forest land, in the woods. We are 3/4 of a mile from Pleasent Hill Dam, and 3/4 of a mile from the North entrance to Mohican State Park.

Guest Access

Enjoy the entire cabin to yourself. The owner’s cabin is located on the property but set apart, giving you privacy during your stay. Guests have exclusive use of the cabin, fire pit, and grill.

Less than a mile from Pleasant Hill Dam and the north entrance to Mohican State Forest. This cozy cabin features a private deck, grill, and fire pit — all for your exclusive use. Located on the quieter side of Mohican, with easy access to hiking, canoeing, and mountain biking. A short drive to local wineries, Malabar Farm, and Amish country. Wifi is available via cellular hotspot (speeds may vary). Most cell plans work, but we recommend a backup hotspot if you plan to work. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the loft and a sleeper sofa on the main floor (best for 1 adult or 2 children).ss than a mile from Pleasant Hill Dam and north

Other Details to Note

*Guests will provide their own firewood. *The gravel driveway is 600-800 feet long; switchback up a hill. It is accessible by all cars, except in winter with lots of snow, so front-wheel/all-wheel drive may be necessary in the winter/snow. *Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in Cabin. There will be a cleaning fee if evidence of Smoking in the cabin is found. *Absolutely NO parties unauthorized guests of any kind in the cabin. There will be a damage fee if evidence of partying in the cabin is found. * Cabin is located in secluded woods- therefor there may be encounters with nature, deer, birds, squirrels, turkeys, insects such as flies, bees etc.. We can not control Mother Nature. Please keep this in mind when staying in the woods.

No Uber, this is country life! Be prepared for path/steps to the cabin and to access the cabin as well.
